Carbin Reef is a sand bar located in Sagay City. It's like being trapped in an island once your boat ride returns to the dock.  Be prepared that when you visit the sandbar, you gotta have everything you need, all the food and drinks you need. Also, there's no toilet nor electricity in the area. It's a sandbar, for crying out loud.
