Cauayan is a small town, under the province of Isabela. It's a long drive from Bacolod, estimated for 3 hours. El Tzino was the place where we stayed.  We also went to Turtle Island, a 20 minute boat ride from El Tzino. Punta Bulata is another resort in the area, although with higher rates, its still worthy. 

I don't really get it why most people hate it when it rains during the beach day, but for me, it's fun, because you are wet all day.You also get to see a different set of color schemes. ​What I enjoyed most in Cauayan was that we literally owned the place when we were there, we had the opportunity to make noise until dawn, drunk or not. Happy times.
